Book a Free Discovery Call
We start with a no-pressure 15-minute conversation. Tell me about your business, your biggest time drains, and what you want to stop doing. I'll listen, ask smart questions, and tell you honestly how I can help—and what package fits best.
What happens in this step:
- Scheduled directly via Calendly (EST timezone)
- Held via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone—your choice

Proposal, NDA & Onboarding
Within 24 hours of our call, you'll receive a clear proposal outlining the package, scope, deliverables, and pricing. Once agreed, I send over a simple service agreement and NDA. Then we do a structured onboarding session to get me fully briefed on your systems, preferences, and priorities.
What happens in this step:
- Written proposal within 24 hours of the discovery call

Seamless Daily Execution
This is where the magic happens. I work aligned to Eastern Standard Time, handling your priorities in real-time. I use AI tools to move faster than human-manual work allows, and I communicate proactively so you're always in the loop without being overwhelmed.
What happens in this step:
- Daily task execution aligned to EST business hours
- Proactive communication via Slack, email, or your preferred tool
- Weekly summary report showing work completed and hours used

- I flag decisions before making them, never assume or overreach
