Pricing FAQs
What happens if I need more hours?
Overages beyond your weekly retainer are billed at $6–7/hour, agreed in advance. You'll never be surprised by unexpected charges. Hours can be flexed week-to-week with notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
USD via Payoneer (virtual US bank account) or Wise. Both are fast, low-fee, and widely trusted. Invoiced monthly.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is fundamental. I sign NDAs before accessing any sensitive business information.
Can we adjust the package over time?
Yes. Packages can scale up or down with 30 days' notice. Your business needs change—your VA support should too.
What time zone do you work in?
I align fully to Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT) for real-time collaboration. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, but your schedule is my schedule.
