The Challenge

My Approach

I set up HubSpot CRM from scratch, migrated all historical data cleanly, built a Zapier integration that automatically captured new leads from their website form, and created a visual sales pipeline with automated follow-up reminders.

The Results

HubSpot CRM Setup from Zero

I configured the full CRM environment — custom fields, deal stages mapped to their exact sales process, contact properties, and team user access — so the system fit how they actually worked, not the other way around.

Clean Data Migration

I imported and cleaned 200+ historical leads from their messy spreadsheets into HubSpot. I used Claude AI to parse inconsistent data formats from multiple sources in minutes, a task that would have taken days manually.

Zapier Automation — Website to CRM

I connected their TypeForm website inquiry form directly to HubSpot via Zapier. From that point on, every new lead was automatically created as a contact, tagged by source, and assigned to the right salesperson — without anyone touching a keyboard.

Automated Follow-Up Workflows

I set up HubSpot task reminders that triggered automatically based on deal stage and time elapsed. No more leads slipping through the cracks because someone forgot to follow up.

Email Nurture Sequence
