I audited their entire email setup, redesigned their templates using Canva, built a 5-email welcome series, created an abandoned cart recovery sequence, and segmented their list by purchase behaviour—all set up to run automatically.

I created mobile-responsive, on-brand email templates in Canva Pro that looked polished and professional across Gmail, Outlook, and all major mobile devices.

Automated Welcome Series (5 Emails)

I wrote and set up a 5-email sequence that introduced the brand story, showcased bestsellers, and included a time-limited discount. I used ChatGPT for the initial draft, then refined every line to match the founder's warm, trustworthy voice.

Abandoned Cart Recovery Sequence

I built a 3-email abandoned cart flow with behavioral triggers: a gentle reminder, a social proof email, and a final urgency offer. Set up in Mailchimp/Klaviyo to run completely automatically.

Smart List Segmentation & A/B Testing

I segmented subscribers by purchase history, engagement level, and product category preference — then ran systematic A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and CTAs to squeeze maximum performance from every campaign.

Monthly Performance Reports

I delivered clean, readable dashboards every month showing revenue attributed to email, open rates, click rates, and list growth — so the founder always knew exactly what was working.
